April 23: Gloria Dei Update

Hello Folks! Here is an update for April 23, 2020. A video version is available here. (12:00) A summary is below.

Acts 2:42 lists four priorities for the Church – for us! These are:
1.      The Apostles’ teaching – which is Jesus’ teaching.
2.      The Fellowship – Being the Body of Christ.
3.      The Breaking of the Bread – The Lord’s Supper
4.      The Prayers – covering a wide variety of themes and needs.

It feels like the fellowship and the breaking of the bread have been restricted for us for the moment. So how can we benefit from what we still have – the Apostles’ teaching and the prayers?

-        Use the list of Front Line Workers
-        Pray for the Staff
-        Pray for one another
